It's Stable by Timothy
Doesn't have all the fancy features and flashy graphics like other apps do, but it's a heck a lot more stable than those others. You get the data you really need, and the videos play steadily without annoying buffering issues. Radar animation runs effortlessly as well. Seems to be the ONLY major weather app contributor that's worth using. Why can't the other developers of the other apps get a clue?

Bug in Windows 10 PC version by Gian Paolo
It's great that it has a live tile that shows a weather map for the current location. But whenever I switch from "Daily" to "Hourly", the entire app becomes unresponsive and the only solution is to re-install the app. Four stars for the features (minus one for the lack of toast notifications actually being delivered) and another minus one for the said bug = three stars.

Only one complaint - strike that... TWO complaints by Adam
My new laptop came with Bing weather installed as a live tile on the Start screen. In a word, it sucks. Having used AccuWeather on my Android devices, I decided to see if I could find it for Windows, and thankfully, it was here. The only thing I would like is more options for configuring the live tile. UPDATE: I've already rated the app. And written a review. But if the app doesn't STOP ASKING ME to rate it, I'm going to change my rating to 1 star, and then I'll uninstall the app. FINAL: I said I'd do it, so here it is: Uninstalled. You created an app that can predict the weather, but somehow can't tell that I've already rated and reviewed it, and so yet again, it popped up a big annoying message in the middle of my screen asking me to once again "Rate and review our app, and tell your friends." Well, friends, if you like accurate weather information, and you don't mind being constantly badgered to write a review, EVEN IF YOU ALREADY WROTE ONE, then maybe this is the app for you.

Best of 5 That I have by David
Works very well in Windows 8.1 Love the way the background resembles current conditions, Had no trouble setting it to my area. Seems mostly accurate and reliable. Get it, you'll seldom be disappointed. Best weather app of 5 that I currently use, This free app may annoy you with frequently wanting to be re-rated. Over all, I like this app very much. My wife tried it and has adopted it as her favorite.

Just what I was looking for Win 10 by Jen
The weather app that comes with Win 10 is useless, so I installed this app and its soo much better and always has the correct location, unlike the win 10 weather app. This app also gives very useful alerts about weather conditions.

Great App except for the map views- 64-bit Win 10 by maxortium
Sharp & bold text and graphics. Map view often crashes the app, and when it works, the storms animation flashes white as it moves from time to time, hardly showing changes. The app still provides accurate weather forecasts; However for the daily forecast, after midnight, the app doesn't move up to the new day until late morning. Multiple locations according to zip codes and live tiles as well as alerts in the action center all included in the app. Thank you.
