It doesn't show any outages in my neighborhood even though the entire neighborhood is out. Also, the "forgot my password" feature doesn't work. I had to use it on a desktop computer to get the email.

Good app, will be better if bill payment and other account management options are enabled.

All it does is let you report outages. Handy if there is an outage, but not an app I want to take up space on my phone. I was expecting something that could pull my account history and pay my bills. Not really a feature I want to store on my phone.

This just shows Outage maps, but no account information. It's kinda useless for now. Needs to allow users to see their actual bills etc. Hopefully in a future version

Great app for outages and reporting. Thank you for including WinPhone users! Would like to see account info and energy use info in next version.

Very helpful to have an idea when the power will be restored. Good to know they are tracking our outage.
