Most features don't work on Windows 8.1 by Unknown
The Kobe Books app works fine on my Windows 7 Desk top and my Android phone. On my Surface Pro 3 tablet with Windows 8.1, newly purchased books don't upload reliably. Once uploaded I can read the book and turn pages, but the annotations features don't work at all. Contacted Kobe help and they confirmed, the app doesn't work properly on Windows 8.1.

The Kobo app is truly one of my favorite e-book apps. It's easy to navigate and is sectioned into recently read, recommended and your library. If you're an avid reader, get a subscription to one of the free e-book sites, sit back and enjoy,

Pros: Nice options Good selection Cons: I was a few chapters into a book and it deleted it from my library. I tried all the troubleshooting tips provided on their website without being able to resolve the problem. I tried contacting the company, but the only option was to call, which I didn't want to do. Otherwise a great app. EDIT: App is fully functional after last update. I guess they listened to our comments. Now it earns five stars.
