I've been a long time user of IHC, and I'm very impressed with this new version. Two days ago I used this app to do a virus cleanup on a PC in another state, and couldn't be happier with the performance. Connection speed was great, responsiveness of the cursor movements from end to end had no noticeable lag, and the screen refreshed quickly. Instant Housecall for the win.
