Hey, be sure to download this. There is a new firmware for the lap dock and it's available through this app (HP Device Hub will also point you here). Best support for W10 Mobile... Ever. Superb job, HP! 5*****

FIXED: Fails to connect every time. by Charles
Update: 8.0.12.0 fixes the below. I'm happy with the response. I am literally writing this review on the lap dock keyboard after seeing the words "could not connect to lap dock" displayed on the lap dock screen. I guess I'll just stick with the retail firmware :( I use the lap dock every day for work, so this is another entry into the HP BUMMER HALL OF FAME. In such a miniscule platform ecosystem, you cannot afford to disappoint and alienate core users like me, but they will always disappoint and alienate core users like me first...
