loading I don't like

I downloaded this app to check it out before letting my daughter play it. I know she'd love it. Unfortunately as soon as I started it, I saw the ad at the bottom and it happened to be an ad for the movie "jigsaw" with some streaks of blood in the ad image. Clicking the image took you to a page I would never want my child to see. I can configure parental controls on windows to hopefully prevent this but I'm not interested in my child seeing ads at all. I'd pay a reasonable price to have an ad free version of this app. But as it stands I don't think this app should be in the store with an 'E' rating.

Avira AV is putting up warnings with this game about the cryptominer in the adverts.
