Halo Wars 2: Standard Edition

Ok let me start off by saying I bought the Ultimate Edition and absolutely could not play it. The game kept crashing, updates wouldn't download, so I ask for a return and got my money back. I wanted to play so bad, so I said I will buy the standard edition, and now I'm able to play with no problems. Atriox is a beast and the game is so cool and smooth. Why standard vs Ultimate works and the other doesn't I don't know but hopefully this helps some of you. GTX1080FTW/W10/5820K/16GB DDR4 Ram. 2/22/17 10:21pm Est.

As a new RTS player, this game fit me perfectly. The campaign was great, and the multiplayer (after the patch) keeps me coming back for more. The Blitz mode is great for new RTS players to jump in and learn. This game has low reviews for PC because the multiplayer was simply in an unplayable state prior to the latest patch (which fixed nearly everything in my experience).

The game itself is great. The campaign is fantastic and is a simple enough RTS for anyone to jump right in and enjoy. But the multiplayer needs work. When the game isn't crashing, its fun but (at least for me) playing more than one game in a row without your game crashing is something I have yet to experience.

Having a lot of fun with it so far. Looks fantastic and runs smooth! Liking the story so far too.

This game has a lot of great features. My favorite is that when a match gets too interesting, it will just crash your game. This is good because it really keeps things dynamic, you never know what to expect or what's coming next. Only four stars because they took away the loud loading screen.

For anyone having the problem with not being able to download the game due to the fact that it says it will not work with your device, type in Halo Wars 2 in to the search box, then under "this bundle comes with" click Halo Wars 2, and there should be an install button on that page. I had this same problem but that is a workaround.

Its a great way to get into the RTS world as it is an easier more casual rts than most others out there. But don't let that fool you! There is still fun to be had here! The game is not the most stable thing in the world and you may crash or some single player mission may bug out but when it works it works perfectly

I have no idea how this has such bad reviews because I have loved every second of this game. One you start playing blitz it is very hard to stop. It has been a long time since I've been addicted to a game like when I play blitz.
