The Tribez & Castlez

I have played this game twice up to the same point. Every time I get to the cave and search it, the game starts to have problems. It opens fine sometimes, but the minute it "welcomes" me to the game, the game freezes and closes. Sometimes I can't even get the game to open before it freezes and closes. I contacted support and they said they are doing an update, but in the meantime the game glitches in the same spot! It is very frustrating when you find a game that you really enjoy just to find it doesn't work right. I am sadly disappointed. Once the game is fixed, I will be more than happy to give it a 5 star rating, until then, it only gets 3. :(

The game would be fun if EVERY step wasn't laid out and you didn't have to wait 15 minutes to 8 hours for things to happen. I don't mind paying for games I like, but I will only pay once. This game is a money pit expecting me to pay, pay, pay and pay some more just to make things happen. Also, this game will tell you what to do, when to do it and how to do it. It leaves no room for your desires and ambitions for the kingdom. I have been playing or rather waiting around for things to happen for about three days now. I have a clutter of several bakeries and homes in a tiny little area. I'm sick of having to build and upgrade bakeries. I'm sick of waiting forever to have things happen. I'd happily pay a fair price for the game but I won't throw my hard earned money out the window - constantly. I won't even bother with anymore games from this developer as I imagine they make nothing but money pits.

Crashes when the "Hello Guest" appears at the start of the game. Took a week to get a response from support and all they said is "reinstall"... lost all progress and gems when I reinstalled and it still crashes in the same spot. This one heads to the recycling bin of games that weren't ready to be released & minimal support - (but released anyhow).

This game showed potential. Unfortunately Game Insight decided to require a Facebook account to play, which I don't have. They should support the platform and allow friends via Microsoft Account. Uninstalled as it's unplayable with no Facebook account. There is no ability to sync progress between devices.

I use to love this game, needs a update bad I use to play for hours will again when they get an update.

Game is a lot of fun but it does not load too many times on Surface Pro 3.
