First of all, I owned this same game on BlackBerry Playbook. So when I read the more negative reviews here, I was a bit nervous, but I eventually decided to buy anyway. Glad I did! This game is GREAT on my Surface RT!! It's an outstanding fishing simulation. No, it's not easy -- in fact, I gave it 4/5 because I think the BlackBerry version was fairer in tourney scoring -- but the widescreen locations are beautiful and it's fun, relaxing, and challenging. Bravo!

Stuck on 5 minute tournaments, Doesn't show weights or Luck % during tournament. Frustration galore when you can't get beyond the 5 minute tournament. I fished tournaments for many years, hoping this would be fun, NOT.

How can you make people pay for a game that's impossible to beat the first level. Can't even get third place on the first lake. The app details say that there's 3 difficulty levels. Nowhere on this app can you choose a difficulty level. STUPID!!!!!!

This is a cool app.

Fun to play initially, but not very realistic. Examples: 1. Takes 30+ lbs to win on first lake. That's a 10 lb avg. Bass tournaments do not take 10 lb avg. to win. 2. Can't find a 10 lb bass to catch anywhere in first lake. 3. Catfish, walleye, perch hit a topwater bait RARELY, not every trip! 4. Reeling/landing fish is too predictable. 5. On casting screen, no relation to where cast goes and what you catch. No strategy for targeting your cast. 6. Tackle selection is dated, limited.
