It appears to have good features and potentially a use full tool, but can't use it if it continues to crash.

Our company just started to use Zoho....fantastic program. Love the app, simple, clean, easy to use. It would get 5 stars if it had all the same functions as the Apple App. Once again MS get less functions then Apple.
