Vacation Adventures: Cruise Director

I purchased this game before I read everyone's review and now I was told that my purchase is final and they don't give refunds although the game doesn't work. Well I will be letting everyone know not to purchase anything, and that includes my kids. They will not steal my money!!! If I could give negative stars I would! I don't know why they would want to take your money knowing that everyone is having the same problem! I swear the worst ever! They are only taking your money! You WILL NOT get it back!!

Great game but I paid for the full version and when I click the already paid button the game closes.

I bought and loved this game and Cruise Director 2, they worked fine on Windows Vista, they go to the game that I solve the puzzle at the ATM then ask if I want to purchase, etc, no matter what I answer the game will not allow me to continue. I really HATE this., I OWN this game, I have talked to tech help many times, will not go through that again. If anyone fixes this, please get in touch with me. Otherwise, don't waste your time and money. I also OWN the Park Ranger Series, which I cannot play either. Please refund my money and steer me to games that are as fun as these are.....thanks, I guess.

After completing the ATM puzzle, I bought the rest of the game. However the game loops back to the ATM and wants you to purchase again. RIPPED OFF AGAIN.

Paid for additional levels, but game will not advance and just shuts down. Disappointed! :-(

I purchased more levels on this game and was charged for them but cannot advance to the pu This game ripped me off. I purchased more levels and now the game keeps crashing. I have contacted my bank to report this purchased as fraudulent.

I paid for additional levels but it won't advance and keeps going to random pages when I hit the "Already Paid" icon.

paid for complete adventurer. received confirmation email of purchase but it won't advance. Would like to have what I paid for or a refund! Well its been a while and still no advance or refund. Please fix or refund ASAP. would like to buy something else. If this problem happens again I will make purchase from another provider. Very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AT THIS TIME!
