I really love the game. When it got difficult I purchased (20.00) worth of crystals, which was 200. So I upgraded a few things. Did not take long to use up the crystals. Then after a while I bought more (20,00) Got to a new level and all my upgrades were gone so I purchased again (20,00), and then again (20.00) Now that is $80.00 and upgrades go away at each new level. I am sorry but I just cant afford this game as much as I love to play it, (even with the upgrades it is quite a challenge) and even picking carefully at what upgrades to get the crystals are used very quickly because it takes a lot for each upgrade. I hate to delete this game but it just cost to much to enjoy.

This game is so much fun in the beginning but unfortunately, when you advance into a new markets, they make it impossible to continue. For example, in the 2nd level, there are too many people and not enough baskets, so you have to buy 2 baskets for 50 diamonds. But then there are still too many people and not enough baskets. This game could be SO MUCH BETTER!! Come on 5G, it's too difficult and too expensive!!

After getting invested, you will only be able to make upgrades by gems, the levels get really hard without upgrades (almost impossible) but the only way you can earn FREE gems is to complete several levels. Which you can't do without the up upgrades. It's a catch 22, so you end up having to buy gems. And that slot machine doesn't pay off on higher levels.

I was a daily player and I really enjoyed this game, but I'm unable to progress further without crystals, can't afford to buy them, and though the slot machine used to give out sufficient crystals over time, I haven't won a single crystal from the slot machine in a month, playing a minimum of 20 spins per day. I've also put in a support ticket about this issue, with no response and no change in-game. I know y'all gotta make money, but this is ridiculous. I'm lowering my rating to 3 stars today, and ultimately I'll quit playing. Fix the *&#$# slot machine already!

Making a MINT on the diamonds.... how about letting us buy more things with coin. I understand you need to make $$ on the game... how about some different options?

I purchased packages 2xs within a week. I got a new laptop a few days after the purchase and when I logged into the game, my PURCHASED Gems, Coins and Products from the Treasure Chests, that I'd received are not reflecting on my account on this new laptop! IF there is ANY way to help me to get my-bought with REAL money-items credited back to my account, please do so or instruct me on HOW to do whatever I need to, in order, to make that happen. The only other grievance I have is that the upgrades doesn't go with you, from location to location and the amount of Coins & Gems necessary to upgrade the items, is outrageous. I love this game and have for years, since the first one came out. I'd like to give it a higher rating, but at this time I can't. I'm hoping that my situation can be rectified. I'd like to feel safe in purchasing more packages, in the future. Please...fix this..
