It's exactly what I wanted. I just wanted to edit a PDF and it did exactly that. It's very simple really. This app also support print, edit, and save pdf file. I can freely draw on the windows10, and can add annotations. Amazing app!

I use this app almost constantly. I use it to grade all of my student’s paper as well, with the annotion and lightlighting features. It’s much better than the scribbles I used to put in the margins of student papers. Now students can actually read my remarks.
