Thoroughly enjoying this game by PickledRanger

If you played the previous game you know exactly what to expect with Shadow of War. The gear system is fun and the variety of Captain gimmicks set the tone of the game well. If you're worried about the loot chests, don't. Mirian is everywhere. You will get all the gear your little heart desires. Also Talion looks more like Sean Bean, which is always a plus.

Even better the the previous one by KillaChihuahua

I like this so much better than the last one. I have been playing for the last 8 hours straight, i had to force myself to take a break cuz i was going cross eyed. The last game i'd get bored after a half hour or so. There is so much more to do in this one so it doesn't seem as repetitive. I buy pretty much every game that looks decent. I wasn't real excited about this like i am for some, but i was definitely pleasantly surprised with this game. It is well worth the money.

if you love the first game you'll love this by Mint Verde

This was a fun, good experience. The story was interesting and kept me captivated me and really made me want to figure out what will happen next for the characters. But the main attraction was and will always e the nemesis system. it creates a wide range of unique uruks, ologs (enemies) for you to fight or make apart of your army is amazing feature i would 100% recommend this game to anyone who enjoyed the first and to anyone who is just getting in to the game. But the game is'nt just sunshine and rainbows there arew some annoying part of the game like some times when im runing or fighting my character would go to a direction i didnt not put the input for. Like for an example i was pushing the control stick forward and trying to attack a captainmy character would attack to my right itting a grunt or when im trying to climb a ledge he would grab on to the one i wanted him to these were more minor inconvenences and there are also some side misson that seemed to drag on it still was fun

    Great Game by GalenUnleashed2

This game is really fun. It takes what was fun about the first game, and expands upon it really well. There are a couple things about the combat that I wish had stayed the same(executions), but it isn't enough of a change to keep me from having fun. Also, don't worry about the microtransactions. If you don't want to spend more than the box price, then don't. You can play through the game without buying chests, so don't worry about the micro transactions.

    Amazing game by enebris

let's be honest here. Shadow of mordor was damn straight incredible, if you enjoyed you're definitely going to enjoy this one. There's so much to do, its worth every penny! Lord knows micro's are cancer but in all honesty the game is so great the microtransactions become irrelevant. You can hate them but they're still going to be there, but just cause they're there doesn't mean you have to buy them! The reason why I'm giving it a 3 star is because i have not yet received the content that was promised in the pre-order or the gold edition! Can't start off a game already lagging on die hard fans it's just not right... already 7 days into it and nothing. Please fix this issue and give what the people paid for.

    Awesome by thecubstr

So far I like everything, honestly I love this game so much! the only flaw I've found is the microtransactions, they do annoy me, but you don't need them. I think they were being stingy jerks but I DON'T CARE! If you takeone dang look beyond the microtransactions you'd see th biggest and most addicting game in a LOONG time. The gameplay makes you feel like you're the coolest person ever. All in all get it. also most of these bad reviews are just butthurt 12 year olds, don't listen to 'em.

A bit about the microtransactions... TLDR: It isn't bad by Gh0s7R1dr

The game looks good, plays well, and has a better story than the first. In-game currency isn't hard to get. The silver coins, Mirian, is frequently gained through quests, enemies, and even collectibles. You'll have too much to use just upgrading items, so fortress upgrades balance it with reasonably high prices. 7,500 for metal walls, for example. The gold coins are harder to get, but still rather easily through daily challenges. One challenge was to headshot 15 enemies in the snowy region, Seregost, and will net you 50 coins. Another challenge is something fun that you'd end up doing anyways, killing an overlord. As that is a bit more difficult you get 400 coins in return. Overall, they're very easy to get, and the boxes just give free stuff you would've gotten anyways by playing. However, if you're too lazy to get stuff by casually playing the game, you can pay.

Microtransactions can be ignored by XxDaminalsxX TM

Don't pay attention to the reviews saying this game was ruimed by microtransactions. You're never put in a situation where you have to buy them. You never have to buy anything but the game. Everything else can be acquired in-game
