M-ZABA – ZAGREBAČKA BANKA MOBILE APPLICATION

m-zaba ensures practical, quick and safe banking.

m-banking and m-token services can be contracted via e-zaba (Internet banking) or at any of our branches. Other services, such as the ATM locator and exchange rates, are available to everybody, without the need of contracting them at the Bank.

No matter where you are, with m-zaba you can: • check the balance and transactions of accounts, saving accounts and credits as well as the amounts that will be debited to your account within the next 30 days • check card limits and transactions • pay your utility bills with or without 2D barcode by scanning them using the m-photo pay service • transfer money into other accounts in Zaba and other banks in Croatia • transfer money to other m-zaba users by scanning their IBAN in QR code format • receive and pay i-Bills • buy e-topups for mobile phones and HAC’s ENC device • obtain an insurance policy • obtain a pre-approved cash loan • make payments using your mobile phone at Konzum and Tisak stores with m-buy service • trade in the shares of ZB Invest funds • locate the closest branch or ATM of Zagrebačka banka and UniCredit Group members abroad • use the m-token service for e-zaba, log on in e-Citizens or make safe online purchases • check the exchange rates • send your proposals and comments via the “Contact Us“ option

SAFETY

Zagrebačka Banka pays special attention to the security of operations performed by mobile banking clients. PIN used to access the services is only known by the user and therefore there is no threat of abuse if a mobile device is stolen or lost. PIN and account information are not stored in the mobile device, and the entry of PIN is protected by a variable keypad. The services that are accessed by entering PIN are automatically blocked if an incorrect PIN is repeatedly entered. After a 3-minute period of not using the device, m-zaba automatically logs off the user.
