Description
Contacts Migration app lets you easily transfer your Google or Yahoo! contacts to your Outlook.com or Hotmail account (Microsoft Cloud).
No need for CSV files or complicated procedures, just authenticate with your providers, pick the contacts you want and the app will do the work for you.
TRIAL VERSION: Free trial version only transfers ten (10) contacts. To transfer all of your contacts, please buy the full version from the store.

Just wasted .99 to find out that it only errors out when you go to retrieve your google contacts. Says "Too many requests. Try again later."
