BECU

Its a very useful app, and was an was an easy way to view my account and deposit checks, UNTIL the new update made it so it forgets my username after every login (or when it crashes) and whenever I go to deposit something, it closes everything and have to start over. I've tried restarting my phone, the app, and refreshing a couple times before trying to deposit. Nothing works. Fix your update please!

After the update, the app now lags and has a horrible frame rate, making using it slow and annoying. On top of this, it does not even remember my username anymore. Randomly crashes, and doesn't really work well with the windows phone interface. Worked better before.

A little bit sluggish, but very feature rich banking app. Who needs Mint when BECU will track all accounts as well.

Total piece of garbage useless app. BECU you should be ashamed. At least pull it from the store so people don't have to suffer trying to use this piece of junk. Can't deposit checks, slow, buggy, crashes. Shame on you for hating your Windows phone using customers this much.

Cannot deposit checks. App crashes whenever you try and is half the reason I use it. Please give us windows phone users some love check deposit worked last time I tried so getting better. Could still use some performance tweaks.

On Windows phone the most recent updates to the app actually decreased the overall functionality of the app to the point where all it is good for is checking balances and recent transactions. Billpay doesn't work, mobile deposit quits the app automatically. Truly achieves the opposite of an update, more like a downdate...
