If you want to use the sync function, which allows you to sync your position over all your devices, you need an internet connection. The Positions will be save on the Microsoft Server at your App settings.

Non-Functional On My PC by J David

I tried this a year or so ago on my Windows Phone and it was mediocre at best. Wouldn't see all books, but usually played the ones it saw OK. Something to do with ID3 tags. Just now tried to install it on my Windows 10 PC. Here's what happened. It seemed to install fine. I added a directory with 26 audiobooks in it. It saw 25 of them. I clicked on one. It seemed like it was going to play but then nothing. I forget what I did next but it asked me to put in my Microsoft password. ***? Kicked out of that and tried again. Clicked another book. Nothing. Exited the app. Restarted. Tried again. Clicked a book and still nothing. Won't play anything. Can't recommend it.

This app has left me speechless. I've been waiting so long for an audiobook app on Windows Phone platform and finally it is here! Try it with the ads, you'll like it so much you'll actually WANT to buy it... Thanks so much to the developer for filling this gaping hole in the Windows Phone app landscape. (Sorry Mort, you had a great app on the old 6.5 platform but, you defected and never seemed to give a thought to your roots, your loss..)
